[cs23021-2] subversion repository is back up

CSI Students,

Your lab submissions are lost. You will have to re-submit some of the
lab assignments. However, the repository is rebuilt and available for
lab submissions. Let me know if you have trouble accessing it.

The instructions going forward are as follows. Manas has graded
submissions for Lab 1 and, partially, Lab 2. He is going to
post your grades shortly. 

You do not have to resubmit Lab 1 (First Program). If you are not
graded for Lab 2 (Branching), you have to re-submit Lab 2. All of you
have to re-submit Lab 3 (Looping).

An extension is granted to all students for Lab 2 and Lab 3
submission. You have to submit your Labs until midnight on Tuesday,
February 23. No late submission points will be deducted if the labs
are submitted by this time. No late submissions for these two labs
will be accepted afterwards.

Lab 4 (Predefined Functions) should proceed as scheduled on
Wednesday/Monday. All standard submission deadlines apply to it.
