[cs23021] 32-bit 64-bit installation issues

CSI students,

If struggles with Eclipse installation and gets an error to the effect
that Eclipse cannot open jre.dll shared library or somesuch, check to
make sure that both your eclipse and your java installation are the
same architecture. They need to either be both 32 bit or both 64
bit. I recommend 32 bit since it is more stable.  Note that java
installer by default installs 64 bit.
