[cs23021] enrolling to CS II and Data Structures prerequisite

CS I students,

Presently, "Data Structures" is not a prerequisite for enrollment in
CSII. However, the automated system still does not let you enroll
without it. To enroll in CSII, you need to get a manual override from
one of the CS advisors. In particular, you can contact Prof. Arden
Ruttan (copied on this message) to get the override.
