[cs23021] Eclipse issue: RA layer request failed

So as many of you have experienced this problem here is a solution to it:
"Reboot your computer" !!!

The problem occurs when a person saves their username and passwords while
submitting their projects using eclipse. Because of this the next person
who tries to submit a project using eclipse cannot use their own username
and password since the previous user has already saved theirs and eclipse
remembers only that.
A quick solution is to reboot your machine. On reboot eclipse clears its
memory and now you can use your own username and pass. However, on reboot,
eclipse also clears all the projects you have worked on in that session.
So if you reboot, make sure you copy your work to some other location.
A good practice would be to immediately reboot the machines before you
even start working on the labs.
