[cs23021] ra-layer-request-failed problem when committing with subverion

CS students,

Occasionally, when commuting your work to the subversion repository in
Eclipse, it comes up with an error "ra layer request failed". This
happens if another student was using this machine and stored his/her
login/password information. Eclipse then tries to use this information
to commit your work and fails. This usually happens in 003/004
sections as the have the labs later in the day.

There are two ways to fix it:

- just reboot the machine. Note that you will lose your own work so
  back it up before reboot.

- switch workspace using file menu:

  file --> switch workspace

    Enter workspace as c:\Tmp

  Note that this also makes your projects in the old workspace
  invisible so back them up before the switch.
