[cs23021-2] substituting on Tuesday, next quiz

CS1 students,

I will be out of town on Tuesday, September 22. My office hours are
canceled. The lecture will be given by Mr. Manas Hardas, our lab
instructor. The topic will be -- programmer defined functions.

The second quiz for the course will be held at the beginning of the
class on Tuesday, September 29. The material on the quiz will be
everything we will have covered by then since the last quiz.
