[cs23021-2] alternative Eclipse installation instructions

CS1 students,

There is an alternative way of setting up eclipse on your home
machine, courtesy of our department's system administration
staff. This is how Eclipse was set up on the lab machines. 

You will need to download the files from this directory:

http://classes.cs.kent.edu/cs23021/svs/

The readme.txt file there gives the installation instructions. Note
that the access to this directory is restricted. Use the same
login/password as for the first lab submission.
